3. Orders & Payments
- Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with order details.
- Payments are processed securely through our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store any payment card details on our servers.
- Orders will only be processed once full payment is received.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or incorrect pricing.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship across India (and internationally if applicable). Shipping charges and delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or external factors beyond our control.
- Customers must provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or contact details.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Due to the fragile and handcrafted nature of our products, returns and refunds are accepted only in case of damaged or defective products received.
- Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification.
- Cancellation requests will only be accepted if the order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be made
6. Pricing & Taxes
- All prices listed on the website are in INR (₹) unless otherwise specified.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable GST, unless mentioned otherwise.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.
